
Do you use preservatives in your breads?

No. Bakers on Broad uses only flour (unbleached & unbromated), salt, water, yeast or natural starter in our breads.


Are your breads ready right when you open?

On Saturday and Sunday, most breads are ready when we open. During the week, however, breads start to come up, piping hot,
around 8am. In general, the white breads are done first. Our breads need to be completely cooled before slicing.


Can I pre-order breads and pastries?

Yes, and we encourage ordering ahead. We never know what we will run out of on any given day. Breads and small pastry orders
may be ordered one day in advance - pies and other desserts need to be ordered 2 days in advance.
